I think - IP of SigNoz backend won't be available inside your app - so you have to provide separately anyways

is `service name` a variable inside the nodejs app?

I am currently starting the app with this command

```OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_SPAN_ENDPOINT=“<http://localhost:55681/v1/trace>” LS_SERVICE_NAME=DumApp node ./bin/www```

so this simply shows the terminal with no messages at all
