Hey Akshay, checked with my engineering team. It seems `mssql` is not supported by opentelemetry - which SigNoz uses for instrumentation <https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-js-contrib/tree/main/plugins/node>
though other DBs like mysql, redis, mongodb are supported

Other products like Datadog also don't support mssql for tracing - <https://github.com/DataDog/dd-trace-js/tree/master/packages>

Thanks for this information. May I know is there any other tool which support mssql with SigNoz for nestJs?
