can't see this "integrations" tab on the sidebar in "self-host" version .. any reason ?

No particular reason. This might be just be overlooked. Please create an issue here <https://github.com/SigNoz/signoz>

Are current docs compatible?

They are not fully compatible, as the instructions are mainly written for cloud users. However, it should be easy to make them work for OSS users also.
