Hi,
We want some help explaining the managing of alert emails and specifically why it is a delay of approximately 4-5 minutes between the graph shows the status and we got the email.
In the below case the graph was updated correct at 9.45. But we didn´t receive the alert email until 9.49. Has it something to do with the settings for the alert according to setting "...during the last 5 min"?
Could someone please explain how the system works and the flow for this "alert email process"? Thanks in advance.

There is an explicit delay of 2 minutes to not fire false alerts, which you can control using
