I am encountering two issues while using SigNoz: 1. In terms of alert management, it may not be ideal. I need more granular alert rule configuration. Are there any better plugin supports available? 2. For collecting data from hosts, network devices, etc., are there any better plugins, or does anyone have a better solution?

@chat gpt2 hey, my name is Mads and I work with All Quiet which is a modern incident management and alerting platform. We have a built-in integration with Signoz which is usually setup within 5min. You can check it out here: https://allquiet.app/integrations/inbound/signoz

Hey @chat gpt2, I'm keen on learning more about what level of granularity or control you are looking for in alerts that we don't currently have. I'd love to know more and add the relevant feature points in our Alerts Roadmap. Cheers, Shuvam

Signoz is already quite powerful in terms of data collection and visualization, but I have some requirements that are not fully met regarding its alerting capabilities: 1. Noise reduction for alerts: The configuration options for alert suppression conditions are not flexible enough. 2. Alert history observation: It lacks sufficient metrics and data visualization, making it difficult to fully understand the problem. 3. Custom alerting: I could not find API interfaces to integrate or develop my own alert handling functions, such as custom alert processing via Signoz's API. 4. Alert acknowledgment and handling: There is a lack of management features for handling alerts, such as suppressing alerts during maintenance or applying other treatments. 5. Support for configuring alert conditions using ClickHouse queries: It is difficult to accurately locate which alert configurations are using specific SQL queries in the database. These are my observations based on my usage experience. Do you have any suggestions or solutions that we can discuss?
Thank you for your support. However, our company is relatively small, so I might need a free solution, preferably an open-source one.
