Does CPU and Memory show data properly? , because in cpu dashboard it does not give to set a unit in "core" for CPU, and it show data but does not able to know that in which unit it is showing, and when i use percentage for cpu, it show me wrong data.
can anyone know that why this is happening?

It's standard practice to show CPU in %
If you have 2.3 cores being used then CPU % usage would be shown 230%.
This is common in Windows, Linux and mac official activity manager as well

bcoz i want to configure a alert like if cpu or memory cross 80% then it should generate a alert, but as u have said that 230% means its using a 2.3 cores, so can we bring that usage between 0 to 100 % ?

No memory is absolute
If you 1GB memory and 80% has been utilised then 800MB is used.
