Hi Signoz enthusiast, let's say we have multiple region deployed for our app, what's the usual practice for deploying signoz, to have multiple signoz cluster for each region, or a centralized signoz cluster receiving data from every region? Any known pro and cons in this regard?

Centralized signoz cluster is recommended - unless you have a must-have need to isolate them all.
