Ah, finally found it. The instructions don't mention having to go into docker-compose.yml and uncommenting out the line that includes clickhouse-storage.yml in the clickhouse service &gt;.&lt;

There is one-liner which says to update the retention periods, but the screenshot seems in the docs seems to be of non-S3 TTL.
