Question. Has Signoz created a 3rd party Distribution of Open Telemetry or is it recommended to use Otel Contrib distribution? Documentation points to v.88 vs. most current release?

Yes, there is a SigNoz distribution of OpenTelemetry that is mainly used in the main SigNoz deployment to work with ClickHouse.
