this span is coming here under frontend-nudge service, but the service itself is not coming up in the services tab, is this a bug?

Services page is dynamic i.e it renders based on the timerange, check if there are traces present in that timerange for which it should appear in the services tab

yeah, I know that, I found out the problem, it was related to how timestamp was getting passed
