hi Paulo, thanks for the link but it did not solved the problem, on one server sample-django application is running fine and other server has signoz running fine
but somehow the data sent from sample-django is getting lost somewhere
we can not figure out why
ping url is also working fine
all ports are open on both servers
signoz-clickhouse is also not showing any error
Hi Paulo, please suggest a way forward on this we are stuck

@Pawan Pandey The problem wih signoz click house container was solved at version v.44.0 https://github.com/SigNoz/signoz/releases/tag/v0.44.0 Tell me more infos please Who version of your signoz? You try to made a restart on django application?
