i asked over in the otel slack, but maybe someone here knows or can help get me going in the right direction. best practice for adding filterable attributes for log source, system type, region (not cloud necessarily, but global), other attributes we'd use to correlate logs during troubleshooting, and identify the source of the log entries, and build queries for groups of specific systems based on these attributes.
