This breaking change is around since July 2023 (https://github.com/open-telemetry/semantic-conventions/releases/tag/v1.21.0), it is now January 2024 which is a considerable period of time. We use ASP.NET Core 8 with auto-instrumentation and the External Calls dashboards for us are broken for http client calls (https://signoz.io/docs/userguide/metrics/#external-calls-in-signoz). This is an out-of-the-box dashboard which does not work out-of-the-box. Is there a timeline to resolve github issue #3700 (https://github.com/SigNoz/signoz/issues/3700)? Thanks for your help.
