We don’t support custom clickhouse table schemas. If your clickhouse table has schema similar to SigNoz’s logs schema then it might work. As far as I know you can parse json fields and use selected fields (indices) for aggregates in SigNoz as well. @nitya-signoz can help more

Thanks Vishal.. appriciate if you can have it in future as many use cases where customers pushing logs to OLAP DBs but no proper observability GUI like signoz

You should be able to create dashboard panels using clickhouse queries, but normal logs explorer and other things like search won’t work as features rely on the schema created by us
