Provided you have set up your cluster issuer, ingress controller and domain DNS correctly, the following config should do the job:

  ingress:
    enabled: true
    annotations:
      cert-manager.io/cluster-issuer: letsencrypt-prod

    hosts:
      - host: signoz.domain.com
        paths:
          - path: /
            pathType: ImplementationSpecific
