You can configure otel collector to scrape metrics exported by Prometheus exporters. You don't need prometheus server. Check docs here - https://signoz.io/docs/userguide/send-metrics/#enable-a-prometheus-receiver

Please advise. I would like to add my existing Prometheus monitoring jobs in SigNoz so that I can view the Prometheus targets like APM targets in list of applications in SigNoz Dashboard.

Yes, but to see graphs from these metrics you have to create charts in dashboards > add panel > timeseries Docs here - https://signoz.io/docs/userguide/navigate-user-interface/
