We do not have docs on using SigNoz with cloud managed clickhouse yet.

But it should be possible to use SigNoz with external clickhouse. However, you might face issues with ClickHouse cloud due to multiple reasons:
• mandatory secure connection of clickhouse cloud
• UDF script and binary in clickhouse required by SigNoz
• distributed cluster set up required by SigNoz
