    Hi, I'm Arnulfo, recently I came across this project and start to test it out for a project I have. Also I saw a hacktoberfest from freeCodeCamp and saw this project was listed, os I though this will be a great opportunity to contribute. I review some of the open issues in the backend, but found they're assigned, there is something I can start off that you recommend?

    Folks at Ethereum (which is a decentralized, open-source blockchain with smart contract functionality) are looking to expose metadata in Prometheus and InfluxDB. Can Signoz can be used here as an alternative? I think if we somehow get this integration successful it would be good for the Signoz community ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hello, Team. I am quite expert in Ruby on Rails, I have contribute in an issue about ruby. I will help this project in Ruby perspective. So many people can use your app ultimately in RoR framework.

    FYI, it appears that for Go, the upstream opentelemetry library has updated and changed their API, so the code seen in the
    SigNoz/sample-golang-app
    repo is outdated and canโ€™t be referenced as an example anymore. https://github.com/SigNoz/sample-golang-app/issues/1

    hi folks, I am trying signoz for first time and have been the following error while running
    (cd pkg/query-service && STORAGE=clickhouse ClickHouseUrl=<tcp://localhost:9001> go run main.go)
    error:
    /usr/local/go/src/runtime/proc.go:255

    raising an issue to remove
    fmt.Print*
    statements throughput codebase and add checks for it in CI for main: https://github.com/SigNoz/signoz/issues/616. Could have used
    grep -l -R "fmt.Print" . | xargs -I {} sed -i.bak '/fmt.Print/d' {}
    , but i would recommend to label this as a
    good-first-issue
    for a beginner to start contributing

    01/20/2022, 11:25 AM
    Hello this is Ankit Kumar , I am new to this signoz community. I really liked the idea of signoz about single place for tracing and metrics. I have used jaegar tracing in my past and also some of alerts tool like opsgenie, AWS alarms etc. I would like to contribute in backend side, i have few years of experienced in golang, python, Node.js, docker , k8 and cloud (AWS, GCP). Updates: I have setup signoz in my ubuntu os , i can see running dashboard at localhost:3000. Can someone guide how to start for the issues and features? I'm going through documentation as well. Thanks Looking forward to it.
